Say "hello" to Dash.

I love to go for walks!   I need a job!

Over and over again we see fabulous dogs like Dash just tossed into back yards where their unenlightened owners expect the dogs to entertain themselves. It is unrealistic to expect an active, herding breed dog (or any dog for that matter) to be content to just wait around in the yard for occasional attention. Dash was left outside 24-7 and when he got bored, he would bark. Instead of correcting the situation (which in reality was their ignorance), Dash's owners dumped him at the shelter where he was taking his chances with Life and Death when we found him.

We see the wonderful character and tremendous potential in Dash. He has already made friends with our volunteers. He is a macho male dog, preferring to play with female dogs his own size or larger. We do not recommend Dash for a home with smaller dogs or cats, but if you are looking for a big bubba who will be your constant companion, Dash is your guy!

Dash has some stiffness in his joints and hips and requires daily antinflammatory medicine to help him stay spry. He sure doesn't act like a 6 year old dog! To arrange to meet him, please complete the online application first and then contact KKannen@hjklawfirm.com
